REFUND POLICY


DOMESTIC MONEY REMITTANCE

AgastyaPay is not responsible if you have transferred the money into wrong Beneficiary Account even if by mistake. Agastya holds the responsiblity only at hte time of Amount is deducted from the wallet and money is not credited to Beneficiary account but transaction is shown as Sucessful. At this time please raise the ticket @ Support, or write us at support@agastyapay.com with the complete transaction details from your registered mail ID.

RECHARGE AND BILL PAYMENTS

All sales of prepaid recharge on the AgastyaPay Platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the mobile number or DTH account number for which You purchase the prepaid recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. You are also responsible for the information relating to data card and toll-tag recharge and all charges that result from those purchases. AgastyaPay is not responsible for any purchase of prepaid recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number or incorrect toll or data card information. However, if in a transaction performed by You on the AgastyaPay Platform, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then You shall inform us by sending an e mail to our customer services e mail address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the AgastyaPay Platform. Please include in the e-mail the following details – the mobile number (or DTH account number or data card or toll-tag information), operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number. AgastyaPay will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to Your card or bank account without delivery of the recharge, then You will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of Your e mail. All refunds will be credited to Your semi- closed wallet. You can trigger a request in Your AgastyaPay wallet to transfer the money from Your AgastyaPay wallet back to source. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show in Your bank account depending on Your bank’s policy.


PAN CARD PROCESSING

For the PAN Services that are given to you, AgastyaPay.com. will only accept refunds if the service is not provided. In case of or the goods AgastyaPay.com. reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated once we confirmation of the services not provided. Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque. For services not provided or incorrectly shipped, please raise ticket under SUPPORT menu in your account or write us @ support@agastyapay.com. All cancellation requests has to be placed within 3 days from the date of order for refund. Once order is fulfilled, cancellations are non-refundable.


BUS TICKET BOOKING

Refund policy will be mentioned on your cancellation of the ticket. The actual cancellation charges are determined by bus operators and bus providers at the actual time of cancellation. AgastyaPay has no role in governing cancellation charges. Whatever the amount will be shown as REFUNDABLE at the time of cancellation of the ticket, same amount will be credited back to your wallet directly on real time basis.
